2.  Write your own “worksheet,”  creating 10 sentences that contain at least 2 of these errors each.  Create your sentences by writing about characters, themes, events, or situations (and their significance) in books you are currently reading, preferably in “show → tell” form.  Indicate which errors the sentence contains, using the abbreviations:  as/wv/pv/n

3.  Follow each “incorrect” sentence with an improved version, free of these four errors.
